Surf Pines

The family primarily utilizes the home as a vacation home and a place for the entire family to congregate. We designed an 850 sf addition and a three car garage below. We took into consideration window placement, protecting them from harsh winds yet still allowing light and the ocean views. The family now has unique, private spaces and central gathering areas, inside and out.
